Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Turkey: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages Selvexa is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shopselvexa@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Selvexa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

İşlem Süresi Tüm siparişler, ödeme onayından sonra 1–3 iş günü içinde işleme alınır. Siparişler hafta sonları ve resmi tatillerde işleme alınmaz veya kargoya verilmez. Yoğun sipariş dönemlerinde işlem süresi birkaç gün uzayabilir; bu durumda e-posta ile bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.
Kargo Ücretleri ve Teslimat Süreleri Kargo ücretleri, konumunuza ve seçtiğiniz kargo yöntemine göre ödeme sırasında hesaplanır.
- Türkiye: 2–5 iş günü
- Avrupa Birliği: 7–14 iş günü
- Amerika Birleşik Devletleri: 10–20 iş günü
- Diğer Ülkeler: 10–25 iş günü
Uluslararası Kargo Dünya genelinde kargo yapıyoruz. Uluslararası siparişler, hedef ülkenin gümrük vergileri, harçlar ve ithalat ücretlerine tabi olabilir. Bu ücretler müşteriye aittir ve ürün fiyatlarımıza veya kargo maliyetlerimize dahil değildir.
Sipariş Takibi Siparişiniz kargoya verildikten sonra, takip numarasını içeren bir onay e-postası alacaksınız. Bu numarayı kargo firmasının web sitesinde kullanarak siparişinizi takip edebilirsiniz.
Kayıp veya Hasarlı Paketler Selvexa, taşıma sırasında kaybolan veya hasara uğrayan paketlerden sorumlu değildir. Paketiniz hasarlı gelirse, lütfen hasarın fotoğraflarıyla birlikte hemen shopselvexa@gmail.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin. Sorunu çözmek için elimizden geleni yapacağız.
Yanlış Adres Sipariş vermeden önce teslimat adresinizin doğru olduğundan emin olun. Selvexa, müşteri tarafından yanlış girilen adrese gönderilen siparişlerden sorumlu değildir.
