Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at shopselvexa@gmail.com.
İade ve Geri Ödeme Politikası
Ürünü teslim aldıktan itibaren 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
İade için ürünün kullanılmamış, etiketli ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekmektedir. Satın alma kanıtı (fiş veya fatura) da gereklidir.

İade talebi oluşturulmadan gönderilen ürünler kabul edilmeyecektir.
Hasar ve Sorunlar Ürünü teslim aldığınızda kontrol edin; hasarlı, hatalı veya yanlış ürün gelirse hemen bizimle iletişime geçin.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler Bozulabilir ürünler, kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler, kişisel bakım ürünleri, tehlikeli maddeler, indirimli ürünler ve hediye kartları iade edilemez.
Değişim Ürünü iade edin; iade onaylandıktan sonra yeni ürün için ayrı bir sipariş oluşturun.
Avrupa Birliği — 14 Günlük Cayma Hakkı AB'ye gönderilen siparişlerde, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin 14 gün içinde iade hakkınız bulunmaktadır. Ürün kullanılmamış, etiketli ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
Geri Ödemeler İadenizi aldıktan ve inceledikten sonra onay durumunu size bildireceğiz. Onaylanması halinde geri ödeme 10 iş günü içinde orijinal ödeme yönteminize yapılacaktır. 15 iş gününden fazla süre geçmişse shopselvexa@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşın.
